We want downloadable products to be useful and accurately described.

14-day window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if a product is not as described, a file is defective, or the download cannot be made to work after reasonable support.

How to request

Email hello.novaforgestudio@proton.me with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Fair use

Refunds are not available for change of mind after the files have been used, or for needs outside the product description. We will always help resolve a genuine download or file problem.
